System Analyst Position Overview

The Salesforce System Analyst will play a pivotal role in understanding the department's current and future technical landscape, encompassing system dependencies.

This entails interpreting technical solutions for non-technical personnel, such as business stakeholders, to clarify requirements and present design solutions.

The successful candidate will develop detailed designs, system process models, and wireframes that demonstrate how the solution addresses business needs as documented in Requirements documents, Epics, and process maps.

They will collaborate closely with technical and accessibility specialists to facilitate system development and work with external and internal stakeholders to comprehend requirements and define a high-level interface solution.

The Salesforce System Analyst will also identify and manage risks, assumptions, dependencies, and escalation, plan and facilitate workshops with business representatives, and discuss technical issues/solutions with both technical and non-technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the department's current and future technical environment, including system dependencies.
  • Interpret technical solutions for non-technical staff.
  • Develop detailed designs, system process models, and wireframes.
  • Collaborate with technical and accessibility specialists.
  • Work with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage risks, assumptions, dependencies, and escalation.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops.
  • Discuss technical issues/solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using work tracking tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication skills.
