We're seeking an accomplished professional to join our team as a Learning Experience Specialist.

This is a fixed-term contract position that requires someone who can design and deliver impactful learning programs for our employees.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions that support business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and leadership sessions to promote collaboration, growth, and alignment with company values.
  • Develop engaging e-learning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise, ensuring it's aligned with brand standards and meets learner needs.
  • Manage learning platforms, communications, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery and evaluation.
  • Curate external content and maintain relationships with learning providers.
  • Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve learning experiences and outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 8 years of experience designing and delivering learning programs, preferably in a professional services or similar context.
  • A strong portfolio of e-learning content developed using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • A solid understanding of learning management systems and instructional design tools.
  • Confidence facilitating workshops and learning programs both in-person and virtually.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical learning experiences.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and making a tangible impact.
