Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver exceptional leadership and capability programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning requirements and design targeted solutions
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and growth
  • Develop strategies to measure program effectiveness and return on investment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience leading L&D teams in a large organisation
  • Deep understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design, and supporting technologies
  • Strategic mindset combined with effective operational management
  • Excellent consultation, negotiation, and influencing skills at all levels
  • Proven application of human-centred design principles in learning solutions
