Key Responsibilities:- Conducting site audits to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
- Supporting operational teams in implementing risk controls and safety initiatives.
- Assisting with incident investigations and recommending corrective actions.
- Monitoring and reporting on compliance performance metrics.
- Providing training and guidance to site teams on occupational health and safety practices.
- Ensuring Risk Assessments are regularly updated and site-specific risks are managed effectively.
- Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety (BSB41419) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Strong understanding of Australian occupational health and safety legislation and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and train operational teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
