Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our team in managing and developing relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition and retention
  • Manage and maintain existing client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and expand the client base

You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and sharing your knowledge with the team.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience (at least 3-4 years) working in talent management or a related field
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Well-networked and able to build strong relationships
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel is preferred
  • Valid driver's license
