Lead Substation Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Substation Designer to lead the design of primary substation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical engineering and possess excellent leadership skills.
Main Responsibilities:- To lead a team of junior staff and ensure their ongoing development and competencies.
- To be accountable for the overall success of all aspects of projects assigned, including contract negotiation, project management, risk management, and scope management.
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Extensive experience in electrical engineering professional/technical primary or secondary substation design with experience of high voltage (400-500KVA).
- Strong engineering consulting and client management skills, experienced in the delivery of major and/or complex design projects.
- Excellent communicator with well-developed commercial, analytical, and technical skills, with a strong focus on business development.
The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, communication skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. If you are motivated, self-disciplined, and eager to take on new challenges, then we would like to hear from you.
