About the Role

Collaboration Solutions Technical Leader – Canberra, Australian Capital Territory.

Drive end-to-end solution design and delivery for Cisco Collaboration technologies and facilitate adoption of modern collaboration solutions for high-profile clients. This role is based in Canberra, ACT, requiring on-site presence four days a week. NV2 clearance or higher is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver comprehensive solutions for Cisco Collaboration technologies.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical strategies.
  • Guide future-state architecture discussions and drive process transformation and automation initiatives.
  • Mentor and lead a delivery team while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution architecture documentation.
Location and Clearance

This role is based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia, requiring on-site presence four days a week. NV2 clearance or higher is mandatory.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Cisco Collaboration technologies, including applications, hardware, and protocols.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex projects and managing multiple technical workstreams.
  • Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in networking, UC applications, virtualization, and scripting.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or DEVASC are highly desirable.
  • A proactive, passionate, and collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
