Collaboration Solutions Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned expert in collaboration solutions to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions for high-profile clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving adoption of modern collaboration technologies and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead solution design and delivery for Cisco Collaboration technologies
  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions
  • Guide future-state architecture discussions and drive process transformation and automation
  • Lead and mentor a delivery team while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution architecture and design documentation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in Cisco Collaboration technologies, including applications, hardware, and protocols
  • A proven track record in delivering complex projects and managing multiple technical workstreams
  • Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in networking, UC applications, virtualization, and scripting (DEVNET)
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
  • Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, CCNA, or DEVASC are highly desirable

About This Opportunity

This is a mid-senior level contract opportunity requiring on-site presence four days per week. You will be based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia, and must possess NV2 clearance or higher.
