Executive Level 1: A Leadership Position in Digital Collaboration

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Director - Digital Collaboration. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical and project management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership across the section in system documentation and management briefs, project management, procurement, and team leadership. The section provides end-user services, including Office 365 Cloud services, remote access solutions, mobility solutions, and the PROTECTED enclave for Client Agencies.

Responsibilities of the Executive Level 1 position may include:

- Managing multiple technical projects of different sizes and complexity, ensuring delivery and reporting.

- Assisting with effort estimate, costings, and tracking of work deliverables.

- Preparing and finalising ICT-related written documentation, including writing options papers, executive briefs, security documentation, and risk plans.

- Managing competing priorities and delivering quality work within required timeframes.

- Managing and delegating activities of the section.

- Representing the Digital Collaboration section in various forums.

- Providing procurement, contract management, and new starter onboarding support for the section.
