Leadership Opportunity in Product Strategy

  • As a senior leader, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap and strategy to drive business growth.

  • Engage with sales teams, prospects, and customers to gather insights on product performance.
  • Provide training and technical knowledge to support sales efforts and enhance customer engagement.

About You

  • We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 10 years of related experience in the electronics industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, including managing professional employees and/or supervisors, are required.
  • You will be accountable for the performance and results of a team within a specific discipline or function.
  • You should be able to adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
  • Guided by policies, procedures, and business plans, you will receive guidance from senior management.
  • You will provide technical expertise to employees, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsible for leading a medium-sized team or multiple small teams, exercising full management authority.
  • Address issues with impact beyond your team based on knowledge of related disciplines.
