Main Responsibilities:Product Branding & Positioning- Develop Product Brand Strategies: Create short- and long-term brand strategies that align with corporate objectives.
- Ensure Consistent Messaging: Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and communications.
- Develop Value Propositions: Develop value propositions that resonate with customers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Champion Product Image: Champion the product image internally and externally, ensuring alignment with the company's reputation and values.
- Create Comprehensive Marketing Plans: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies.
- Design Promotional Campaigns: Design and implement promotional campaigns that drive demand, awareness, and adoption.
- Manage Product Launches: Lead and manage product launches or re-launches, ensuring robust pre-launch preparation and launch excellence.
- Collaborate with Agencies: Work with agencies to develop high-quality promotional and educational materials.
- Plan Market Research: Plan and commission market research and analytics to understand market trends and customer needs.
- Analyse Market Data: Analyse and interpret market data to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Incorporate Customer Feedback: Incorporate customer feedback and HCP insights to enhance brand relevance.
- Monitor Product Performance: Monitor and report on product performance, including sales, market share, and key brand health indicators.
- Evaluate Marketing Programs: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns.
- Manage Marketing Resources: Manage marketing budgets and resources responsibly.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align brand objectives and ensure flawless execution.
- Build Relationships: Strengthen brand advocacy by building relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and patient organizations.
- Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure Marketing Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry codes and local regulatory requirements.
- Promote a Culture of Ethics: Promote a culture of ethics and integrity, demonstrating high personal standards and accountability.
- Contribute to Reviews: Actively contribute to internal reviews and approval processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Pharmaceutical Marketing Experience: 3–5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience. Experience with Rare or Liver Disease is highly regarded.
- Strong Record of Compliance: Strong record of ethical and compliant marketing execution.
- Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Experience in cross-functional team collaboration within a regulated environment.
- Understanding of Pharmaceutical Marketing: In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, product lifecycle management, and compliance requirements.
- Strategic, Analytical & Problem-solving Skills: Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Communication Abilities: Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
