Job Title: Marketing Leadership Opportunity

Pexa's digital settlement platform has revolutionised property exchange in Australia, helping over 20,000 people a week safely settle their homes.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will drive the delivery of our marketing strategy to achieve business objectives and scorecard targets.

You will define go-to-market strategies for product launches, including audience definition, positioning, messaging, and value propositions.

Additionally, you will plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and other channels, ensuring alignment to commercial targets.

You will collaborate with Product and Sales to ensure our teams are equipped with the right messaging, tools, and collateral.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in marketing, with a strong background in product marketing, brand, and digital.

They will also possess a customer-centric mindset, with experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Furthermore, they will demonstrate leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the delivery of Pexa's marketing strategy to achieve business objectives and scorecard targets
