Marketing Team Lead

This is a leadership role in our marketing team where you will oversee and drive the success of organic marketing streams. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive client strategies, managing team workflows, and contributing to the agency's overall growth.

You will have a key role in building high-performing teams and driving business growth for clients through exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. You will also lead new client pitches and collaborate with other divisions to ensure seamless integration of organic marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organic marketing, social media or influencer marketing, with at least five years of experience and four years of leadership or managerial expertise. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

This is a full-time role that requires you to work under pressure, handle competing priorities, and make strategic recommendations based on data analysis. You will also need to have a deep understanding of social platforms, influencer marketing trends, and user-generated content strategies.
