Change Manager Job Opportunity

An experienced Change Manager is required to lead change management for complex ICT projects, ensuring alignment of people, processes, and structures. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing change within large ICT projects and drive digital transformation through change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery.

About the Role

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead change management for complex ICT projects, ensuring alignment of people, processes, and structures.
  • Develop and deliver targeted training programs to support new systems and technologies.
  • Manage the people side of change, ensuring consistency with business processes, systems, technology, roles, and structure changes.
  • Ensure change initiatives are completed on time and aligned with project objectives to maximize benefits and outcomes.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans to identify impacted stakeholders and tailor change activities accordingly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing change in large ICT projects.
  • Experience in training needs analysis, creating training materials, and delivering training sessions.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of organizational change management frameworks.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with ICT project teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to achieve project outcomes and integrate change activities within timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, encourage participation, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
