Job Role:

Client Engagement Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Engagement Professional to join our team. As a Client Engagement Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, ensuring their payroll operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to clients via multiple channels, including self-service, phone, and live chat.
  • Offer technical assistance with general enquiries, legislation support, report building, and reconciling all aspects of payroll.
  • Process payrolls and provide support to clients for month-end and year-end requirements, including STP and Pay Date filings.
  • Act as a Payroll consultant to clients, understanding their business payroll policies and supporting them for smooth processing.
  • Maintain internal knowledge base and external documentation, including workarounds and issues impacting payroll processing.
  • Build and manage client relationships through regular touch points and proactive meetings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of Customer Service experience via multiple channels.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll practices and operations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of current Australian and New Zealand payroll legislation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications (Cert IV / Diploma/Degree within Business / Administration) are highly desirable.
