About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Daimler Truck Australia Pacific. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for introducing our quality used trucks to customers and maintaining strong relationships with them to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Daimler Truck and introduce its quality used trucks to the market.
  • Develop new relationships and maintain existing ones with customers.
  • Assist in maintaining current stock database and advertising mediums.
  • Assist in preparing new stock for sale.
  • Assist with inspection and appraisal of potential trade-ins.
  • Hand over well-presented vehicles to customers and ensure all required documentation is completed.
  • Follow up and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Heavy rigid vehicle licence is required for this role.
  • Ability to drive a Road Ranger transmission would be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a small team and be ethical in business dealings and with customers.
  • Knowledge in commercial vehicles is essential for success in this role.
