About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Manager to join our Global Strategy & Operations team. This role will play a key part in driving strategic initiatives across the business, working closely with our Executive Leadership Team and other senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of our corporate long-term strategy, identifying opportunities and ensuring Xero is positioned for success
  • Develop rigorous, fact-based analyses to solve business problems and inform strategic decision-making
  • Build market intelligence to anticipate shifts and inform strategic decisions
  • Communicate recommendations in a clear and impactful way
Requirements
  • Strategic toolkit: Proven ability to lead and contribute to all aspects of strategy formulation and execution
  • Analytical skills: Strong capability in handling qualitative and quantitative analyses, including building large data models
  • Stakeholder management: Deep understanding of complex stakeholder groups and collaboration across various levels and functions
  • Project management: Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end projects efficiently
  • Industry knowledge: 3+ years of experience in strategy roles, ideally from a consulting background, with a Master's degree or equivalent
