Product Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Strategy Manager to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our buying team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product strategies, roadmaps, and pricing models.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and pricing models to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead product lifecycle management from concept through to market launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and marketing teams to bring new, trend-driven jewellery collections to market.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and emerging trends in the jewellery and luxury goods sectors.
- Travel overseas to stay connected with global jewellery trends and innovations.
- Track product performance and adjust strategies to drive profitability and success.
- 10+ years of buying experience, with a strong background in retail (B2C) or manufacturing (B2B), ideally within the jewellery or luxury goods sectors.
- Experience in commercial and wholesale buying, managing inventory, and leading end-to-end product portfolios.
- Proven experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and partnering with key stakeholders to drive cost management and profitability.
- Deep understanding of gemstones, precious metals, jewellery fabrication, and supply chain management.
- Passionate about fashion and jewellery trends with an eye for innovation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence key business decisions.
