Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the supporter base and optimise philanthropic revenue.
  • Manage a portfolio of major donors, fostering deep connections and long-term commitment to FightMND.
  • Design and deliver donor engagement activities and events that inspire giving, build loyalty, and demonstrate impact.
  • Collaborate with the broader Fundraising Team to deliver integrated supporter journeys that enhance retention, encourage upgrades, and promote cross-channel giving.

FightMND is a non-profit organisation dedicated to finding effective treatments and ultimately a cure for motor neurone disease.

The organisation has been at the forefront of the fight against MND, providing vital support to those affected by the disease.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in relationship management and donor stewardship, including direct gift solicitation.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage donor data and engagement.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
