Lead Meaningful Philanthropic Initiatives

We are seeking an experienced fundraising professional to drive transformative change through strategic partnerships.

This pivotal leadership role is central to fostering community engagement and philanthropy.

  • Oversee a team of eight, guiding initiatives that align with La Trobe's strategic vision.
  • Manage a portfolio of 50-70 major and principal gift donors, focusing on transformative philanthropic partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders and the broader Advancement team to drive campaign success.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in major gift fundraising at the $500,000+ level.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing performance and development in teams.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Deep understanding of fundraising principles and advancement program management in complex organizations.
  • A postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in fundraising or a related field.
