
Senior Transformation Leader

The Strategic Change Manager is responsible for implementing the bank's change management and transformation strategy across Oceania.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of the branch's change management strategy and new ways of working.
- Assist in delivery of bank-wide transformation projects and initiatives.
- Leverage data analytics to gather scope, assess performance, measure impact of change initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement and enhancement.
- Propose and proactively provide senior leadership with change materials such as leader toolkits, FAQs, intranet content and presentation decks.
- Identify and escalate risks and recommend effective solutions.
- Develop mechanisms for employee feedback, recognition and involvement (surveys, focus groups, digital tools, etc.)
- Lead end-to-end coordination of employee engagement programs including identifying and sourcing opportunities through to execution and post-event evaluation.
- Lead proactive execution of bank-wide action plans and business unit action plans. Prepare materials to disseminate key program updates and outcomes.
- Monitor culture and employee engagement trends using survey data, pulse feedback, and other metrics to identify areas of opportunity. Interpret results and create presentations to report on engagement trends for HR initiatives and programs.
- Track and report on change strategy outcomes, including the adoption, readiness and alignment with the Medium-Term Business Plan and strategic objectives.
- Produce comprehensive quarterly and annual reports on change management initiatives, engagement and culture within the bank.
- Regulatory / Audit - Assist in the coordination of any audits and regulatory examinations related to change management initiatives/projects, as needed.
- 4+ years' experience in a similar or related role, preferably supporting or leading a change management workstream.
- Ability to analyse data to measure progress and impact (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Glint, Tableau, SharePoint, and other analytic tools).
- Understanding of HR processes and systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, together with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- College diploma / tertiary qualifications in a related discipline.
