Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise senior leaders on effective change implementation
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee change interventions across multiple audience groups
  • Identify impacts, shape strategies, and execute interventions to drive adoption
  • Coach and guide leaders, Change Managers, and Senior Change Analysts
  • Develop and deliver change communications, FAQs, and collateral
Requirements:
  • Proven extensive change management experience in financial services/wealth
  • Success leading large-scale, complex change initiatives and people transitions
  • Ability to move seamlessly between strategic leadership and hands-on delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management, change planning, and execution expertise
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence at all levels of the organisation
