Role Overview

We are seeking an Operational Risk Management Professional to join our Sydney-based Global Operational Risk Team. As a key member, you will provide guidance to the business, supporting the management of material risks and delivering oversight, assurance, challenge, and insights on Macquarie's risk profile.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a risk management function, assurance, or internal/external audit role within a financial or professional services firm.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive and constructive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to multitask, present new ideas, and work independently and collaboratively.
