Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, ensuring every interaction is smooth, supportive, and solutions-focused.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients throughout their journey, collecting information and documents as required
  • Manage communication between clients, brokers, and lenders to ensure a seamless experience from submitting loan applications through to formal approval
  • Provide regular updates on loan applications, ensuring clients are informed at every stage
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and elevate the client experience
  • Support the broader team with administrative tasks and client-related projects

Requirements
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset – someone who enjoys problem-solving and making processes more efficient
  • Excellent organisational skills – able to multitask and manage high volumes of client interactions simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail – ensuring accuracy in all client interactions and documentation
