The Role

As a Construction Manager with experience working on complex substation projects, you will be responsible for safely managing and coordinating all site activities in conjunction with the Project Manager.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supervising site-based project delivery, focusing on safety.
  • Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the quality of their work.
  • Ensuring project risks are managed in accordance with PDS.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships with subcontractors, clients, and internal staff.
  • Providing supporting documentation to ensure target adjustments are justified and provide accurate inputs into forecasting program resource requirements.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a trade qualification within the Electrical field or a relevant construction or engineering-related qualification.

You will also have a proven track record of delivering projects focused on transmission lines, on time, on budget, and to a high degree of quality.

This is a challenging opportunity for a commercially focused leader who can manage large projects valued at $10M plus.
