Planned Surgery Access Team Scheduler

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Planned Surgery & Endoscopy Access Team as a Scheduler. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and effective delivery of care by managing patient data and scheduling appointments for surgical and endoscopic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately enter patient data into patient management systems
- Schedule appointments for patients on the preparation list
- Provide customer service to patients and their carers
- Perform office duties as required

Requirements

- Previous administration/customer service/data entry experience
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in M365
- Excellent communication skills
