About the Job
  • Coordinate leave and training schedules, manage roster adjustments, and support various administrative tasks, including responding to payroll and staffing queries.
  • Work closely with the Manager Residential Care to maintain efficient staffing operations.

We're looking for someone with proven experience in rostering and scheduling using electronic systems, strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. If you have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and can work independently while interpreting Awards and Agreements, we'd love to hear from you

Your Key Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • To have a track record of successfully managing leave and training schedules.
  • To be able to coordinate roster adjustments and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • To possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • To have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • To be able to work independently while interpreting Awards and Agreements.
