We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Facility Manager to lead our dynamic residential aged care organization in Western Australia.
About the Role- Assume responsibility for managing day-to-day operations with support from experienced staff members.
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor individual care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the onsite Admin Manager to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Significant experience as a Residential Care Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of success.
- Demonstrated expertise in people management, including leadership and team development.
- Opportunity to lead and manage a residential aged care facility, driving quality outcomes and resident satisfaction.
