We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive demand for our integrated technology solutions in Victoria.
As a key player, you will focus on expanding business among major industry players such as Asset Owners, EPCs, Electrical Contractors, Specifiers, Consulting Engineers, Utilities, and Renewable Energy Developers.
- Develop strategic plans to grow revenue and close sales opportunities.
- Build strong business relationships with key decision-makers in the renewable energy and electrical industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver complete solution sales.
- Identify and nurture new business prospects.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
- Prioritize exceptional customer service and professional engagement.
Requirements & Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the Renewable Energy, Electrical Contracting, EPC or Power Control System Integration industry.
- Strategic understanding of demand creation, opportunity management, and market development.
- Able to interpret technical specifications and construction documents.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
- High level of computer literacy and ability to work with IT networking principles.
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or a Nationally Accredited Course.
- Experience in Renewable Energy Sales or as an Electrician.
- Background in the Australian Energy Market Operations is highly desirable.
