Position Overview
About This Role
In light of the rapid economic expansion in Greater Bendigo, Colliers is seeking a seasoned and proactive sales professional to receive training in Commercial Real Estate and collaborate with our growing team in Bendigo. This position will involve spearheading the established Victorian initiative in the sales, listing, and marketing of commercial properties throughout the Greater Bendigo area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with key clients while maintaining a strong market presence.
- Source, list, sell, and lease commercial properties across Greater Bendigo and its vicinity.
- Maintain an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
- Negotiate property transactions from inception to completion.
- Conduct property inspections and manage all tasks related to listing and selling/leasing commercial properties.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key account clients and ensure a high market presence.
- Provide clients with market insights and advice.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to coordinate the marketing and sale of properties, including organizing signage, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums, and videos.
Candidate Profile
- Real Estate experience is not mandatory; we seek the right individual.
- A natural hunter with strong commercial acumen.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ideally B2B experience.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A willingness to learn and aspirations for growth.
- Possession of a current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate, or a commitment to obtaining certification.
Qualifications
- Commercially astute with previous experience in property sales and leasing or B2B sales.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong commercial insight.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A willingness to learn and ambitions for professional growth.
- Possession of a current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate, or a commitment to obtaining certification.
