AOD Support Worker Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an AOD Support Worker. This role will involve working with clients who require monitoring, shelter, support, referrals, and advocacy.

The successful candidate will have a Certificate IV in Community Services AOD or equivalent and a working knowledge of accommodation and support options relevant to clients with complex support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work respectfully with all clients, including those from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Monitor clients using the service according to current practice policy and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete rostered tasks and care for clients.
