Case Worker Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide exceptional client support as a Case Worker.

This role involves working in our residential rehabilitation service and In Home Detox, providing outreach-based services, and supporting individuals in making positive life changes.

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a high level of motivation, and a passion for delivering high-quality support services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing intensive support and case work to clients
  • Developing partnerships with the community to drive referrals into the service
  • Breaking down stigma associated with AOD and mental health issues

Required qualifications include a minimum of Cert IV in AOD or equivalent education, or a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Demonstrated experience in providing case work and support services is essential.
