You will collaborate with stakeholders to craft and execute cutting-edge finance strategies and target operating models. This includes Global Business Services, Process Excellence, and Enterprise Performance Management capabilities.

The role requires demonstrated experience in executing transformation projects within the finance function, particularly in Finance Operating Model Design and Finance Process Improvement. Advisory proficiency in key finance technologies and automation tools is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute cutting-edge finance strategies and target operating models, including Global Business Services.
  • Transition finance into a strategic business partner by laying the groundwork for an insight-led advisory function.
  • Deploy Cloud ERP, EPM, Automation, and AI technologies to foster Process Excellence.
  • Enhance Enterprise Performance Management capabilities to provide clients with insights into business performance drivers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in executing transformation projects within the finance function.
  • Advisory proficiency in key finance technologies and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical prowess and a knack for solving complex business challenges.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
  • An academic background in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is preferred.
