Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to spearhead our clients' complex finance transformation projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic, operational, and digital finance solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead high-stakes finance transformation initiatives involving digital strategy, process optimization, future-state operating model design, and technology implementation.
  • Mentor and guide high-performing teams by sharing expertise, collaborating across service lines, and developing integrated solutions that drive lasting change.
  • Foster trusted relationships with senior finance leaders, providing strategic insights and supporting business growth through proposal work, solution design, and thought leadership.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4–8 years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, or in-house finance roles, preferably within professional services or industry finance teams.
  • Strong knowledge of core finance functions (e.g., FP&A, record-to-report, order-to-cash), with hands-on experience in finance strategy, process improvement, and system implementations.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; experience with tools like SAP, Microsoft, Blackline, or Tagetik is a plus.
