  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst managing end-to-end SDLC implementations within finance ERP or payroll HCM environments-ideally with exposure to SAP product suites.
  • Comprehensive domain knowledge of finance operations (including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing) as well as payroll functions within complex organizations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis techniques using reporting tools to extract insights that inform decision-making around process improvements.
  • Hands-on experience working with cloud-based ERP/HCM products; familiarity with modern ways of working such as Agile methodologies including backlog management and sprint planning.
