Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Transformation Projects: Develop and execute comprehensive transformation strategies, leveraging digital technologies to drive business value.
  • Mentor and Guide Teams: Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, inspiring team members to achieve their best.
  • Engage Senior Leaders: Build trusted relationships with CFOs and senior finance executives, providing strategic insights and supporting business development.
Requirements
  • Finance Expertise: Proven knowledge of core finance functions, including FP&A, record-to-report, and order-to-cash.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA are highly desirable.
