Strategic Finance Transformation Lead

Job Overview
We are trusted advisors to CFOs and their finance teams, supporting them in navigating business change to deliver operational efficiency, strategic insight, and value to their organizations.
The role requires experience in finance transformation projects across enterprise performance management solutions, covering planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting (management information and financial), and integration of artificial intelligence in finance.
This role is suited for candidates with prior finance transformation experience, managing cross-functional teams in a consulting environment or in a transformation capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of best practices across the finance operating model
- Ability to provide strategic insights and support decision making across core finance operations
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum ten years of recent experience in financial accounting, finance operations, shared services, financial planning & analysis, and accounting
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
- Core finance process and finance operating model knowledge and experience
