About the Role

A 12-month fixed-term opportunity to advance your career in a high-performing, collaborative and supportive environment. As an Administrator within our Fiduciary Services team, you will be responsible for delivering effective administration support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of processes relating to Fiduciary Services
  • Provision of a high level of service, achieving Service Level Agreements at a team and individual level
  • Provision and maintenance of accurate data within core systems
  • Preparation and communication of client records and accounts
  • Adequate identification and escalation of risks, achieved through adhering to key controls and relevant legislative requirements
  • Maintain communication channels to ensure client expectations/outcomes are achieved
  • Maintain knowledge of products/services by attending training and working with Trust Managers, Associates and broader Client Operations teams
  • General administrative duties including but not limited to filing, mail distribution, photocopying, scanning documents, retrieval of original documents

About You

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a Banking & Finance environment, preferably in client services or a similar role that would provide a suitable administrative and/or financial services background
  • Broad knowledge of financial products, platforms, and services
  • Strong self/time management skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and process driven with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Initiative, proactivity & willingness to learn
  • Problem solving skills & knowledge of when to escalate issues
  • Maintain compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements
  • Ability to meet deadlines & contribute to strategic objectives
  • Flexibility to work outside base core hours when required
