About the Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a part-time Finance Officer role in our organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for general ledger, bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, staff payroll, superannuation and leave entitlements, IAS and BAS, monthly financial reporting, grant submissions and annual liaison with Accountants and Auditors.

Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.

Flexible working arrangements will be discussed with the successful candidate.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in finance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
