Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Trading Support Team Lead to provide leadership and supervision to our trading support analysts team. The successful candidate will be hands-on and responsible for the day-to-day running of the trading desks, including position reconciliations, trade capture, and profit and loss estimates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the trading support analysts team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely trade capture, position reconciliation, and profit and loss estimates.
  • Develop and maintain operational processes to ensure exchange compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with traders and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve trading operations.
  • Manage and maintain trading systems, applications, and spreadsheets.
  • Act as liaison between trading desks and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance trading operations and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in the financial markets arena, with a focus on trading operations.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with a track record of success in trading operations.
  • Operational knowledge of Asian financial markets and equity derivative products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with traders and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
