Job Title: Mobile Team Lead - Crypto Trading Expert

We're seeking an experienced Mobile Team Lead with a strong background in engineering to drive and support development, collaborating with team members across various disciplines to oversee the successful delivery of our crypto trading application.

About the Role

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will head up the development of our mobile application for trading cryptocurrencies, mentoring the development team to ensure that business requirements are met with high-quality code, test coverage, and extensible architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write outstanding code to develop new features on the trading mobile app.
  • Review code in pull requests.
  • Lead the development team to have clean, testable architecture.
  • Work with designers to bring their designs to life.
  • Help us take our user experiences to the next level with the design and architecture of cutting-edge products.
  • Work closely with the business to bring product ideas to life, from inception to delivery, while managing the development process.
  • Understand complex technical requirements and guide the development team in implementing them.
  • Support developers along various product roadmaps to help maintain motivation and generate excitement about what they're building to ensure critical deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience within a similar role, working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
  • A genuine interest and understanding of crypto trading and ecosystem with a desire to learn more.
  • Experience delivering consumer-facing web or mobile applications.
  • Exceptional focus and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • The ability to effectively handle competing priorities and adapt quickly to change.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flat organisation.
