Leadership Opportunity for CPQ Transformation

We are embarking on a transformative journey to modernize our business operations, enhance performance, and leverage cutting-edge technology through the upgrade of our SAP ERP platform to S/4HANA.

The goal is to advance our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) capabilities by shifting from SAP CRM quoting to a guided selling model powered by S/4HANA CPQ. This involves optimizing workflows, enhancing efficiency, and creating a more intuitive quoting experience for sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Transformation Initiative: Oversee the CPQ transformation project, harmonizing processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines, while optimizing the quoting experience for Commercial teams.
  • Solution Design: Develop scalable and flexible CPQ solutions using S4/HANA, focusing on guided selling, accurate pricing, and dynamic quoting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, IT, and business teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful implementation while providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to streamline CPQ processes, enhance efficiency, and improve user experience.
  • Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration between S4/HANA CPQ and other enterprise systems, including CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of the new CPQ system.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in CPQ solutions, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing CPQ transformations.
  • Proficiency in SAP CRM, S4/HANA, and CPQ solutions, with expertise in guided selling and dynamic quoting.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
