Job Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Commercial Director to drive our business strategy and lead high-impact projects across a national network.

About the Role

  • Develop end-to-end procurement strategies, manage supplier performance, and oversee contract management
  • Deliver commercial projects, including business system rollouts and process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with finance teams to support business reporting, planning, and commercial insights
  • Build and maintain key customer and partner relationships
  • Lead cross-functional teams across property, parts, and projects
  • Serve as a strategic conduit between operational, commercial, and executive functions

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Senior leadership experience in procurement, commercial operations, or project delivery
  • Ability to operate strategically while managing detail and execution
  • Excellent communication skills for effective engagement across all levels of the organization
  • Experience managing internal teams and external suppliers or partners
  • Exposure to automotive, industrial, or B2B/B2C service-based sectors
  • Project management or ERP implementation experience highly valued
