Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via telephone and email
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and prevent Field Service Engineers from having to triage face-to-face
  • Apply strong analytical skills and knowledge of engineering principles to drive successful resolutions
  • Work collaboratively with the Field Service Engineering team to ensure seamless support
Requirements:
