Job Title: Medical Device Specialist

About the Role:

As a Medical Device Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in preparing, checking, and dispatching surgical kits to hospitals with precision and speed. You will work within a well-structured environment alongside a motivated team to support critical healthcare services.

  • Pick, pack, check, and dispatch surgical loan kits with meticulous care
  • Inspect kits for completeness, cleanliness, and accuracy with a keen eye
  • Track and manage loan kit movements using internal systems with ease
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure urgent and time-sensitive requests are met with efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and accuracy at all times

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environment with a strong understanding of medical devices and their application
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Confident communication skills with a team-focused attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Energetic, reliable, and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional results
  • Biomedical science graduates encouraged to apply with a strong foundation in medical sciences and a desire to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting
  • Must be available to start immediately and commit to a 3-month temporary assignment with the potential to extend further
  • Must be available to commit to full-time hours, Monday to Friday with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
