About the Role:
As a Medical Device Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in preparing, checking, and dispatching surgical kits to hospitals with precision and speed. You will work within a well-structured environment alongside a motivated team to support critical healthcare services.
- Pick, pack, check, and dispatch surgical loan kits with meticulous care
- Inspect kits for completeness, cleanliness, and accuracy with a keen eye
- Track and manage loan kit movements using internal systems with ease
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure urgent and time-sensitive requests are met with efficiency
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and accuracy at all times
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environment with a strong understanding of medical devices and their application
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Confident communication skills with a team-focused attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Energetic, reliable, and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional results
- Biomedical science graduates encouraged to apply with a strong foundation in medical sciences and a desire to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting
- Must be available to start immediately and commit to a 3-month temporary assignment with the potential to extend further
- Must be available to commit to full-time hours, Monday to Friday with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
