About Medical Device Support

We are seeking a professional to join our team as a medical device support specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our products.

As a medical device support specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of products that have a significant impact on patients' quality of life. You will be exposed to the latest technology and advancements in the medical industry, and will play a key role in helping customers troubleshoot issues and resolve technical problems.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to communicate complex technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner, and be able to document customer contact and actions into CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Duties
  • Achieve a comprehensive knowledge of diabetes and all supported products.
  • Communicate technical information to customers about our products, including troubleshooting steps to resolve technical issues.
  • Document all customer contact and actions into CRM and internal systems.
  • Complete and submit complaints to manufacturers.
  • Maintain a positive attitude to work, genuine enjoyment and satisfaction from helping people.
