Medical Device Distribution Specialist

The role of Medical Device Distribution Specialist is crucial in ensuring the timely and efficient distribution of medical devices across Australia.

This position operates on the afternoon shift from 11am to 7pm, where you will collaborate with the distribution team to execute shipping and receiving processes efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately picking and packing medical device products according to order specifications, including all urgent service requests.
  • Ensuring accurate labeling, documentation, and verification of shipments for distribution.
  • Following standard operating procedures and adhering to compliance guidelines.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the distribution process.
  • Assisting with resolving any discrepancies or issues related to orders, inventory, or shipments.
  • Complying with all safety regulations and contributing to maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

No prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is required.

A positive team player with quick learning abilities and a strong work ethic.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly grasp basic systems.
