Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement UKG Pro WFM solutions that align with customer objectives and goals.
  • Facilitate client workshops to evaluate and solve complex requirements, advise on or configure software, and provide ongoing functional advice.
  • Maintain certifications and stay up-to-date with the latest product releases and updates.
  • Evaluate functionality, user experience, and integration complexity to deliver value and customer-aligned solutions.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a consultant or client working on UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
  • Strong knowledge in one or more UKG Pro WFM functional areas such as time and attendance, rostering, forecasting, or activities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and quality in project deliverables.

About You:

You should have a genuine interest in both the human and technical aspects of HR, payroll, and workforce management technology. Developing a strong consulting aptitude in a client-facing environment is also important.
