Workforce Support Officer

Aged care services provider responds to the needs of older people and their caregivers since 1962. Our vision is a community where every older person is valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure site rosters meet staffing requirements as per industry standards.
  • Manage daily roster variations and coordinate shift replacement for casual staff and agency usage.
  • Communicate with staff and managers regarding last-minute roster changes.
  • Organize face-to-face trainings with our training institute.
  • Evaluate staff training records and ensure casual staff keep current on mandatory training needs.

The Workforce Support Officer will collaborate to provide a reliable service by rostering and scheduling front-line staff.

About You:
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience in aged care and administration.
  • Previous experience in staff coordination or roster management.
  • Computer literacy particularly in time and attendance systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of the Aged Care sector and experience providing administrative support.
