Customer Service and Mailroom Coordinator

About the Role
The Customer Service and Mailroom Coordinator will be working in a fast-paced team environment on client sites. The main focus of this role is efficiently handling and sorting mail, ensuring accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Daily management of mail and courier services
- Handling and resolving customer phone and email enquiries
- Maintenance of office equipment, supplies, and stationery
- Database maintenance and updates of presentations
- Courier bookings and lodgements with various courier companies
- Light cleaning duties
- Ad hoc administration tasks
- Possible heavy lifting may be involved
About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess a positive attitude and be a highly reliable individual. A keen eye for detail and good computer literacy are essential. You should also have talent in creating effective presentations and possess strong communication skills. Excellent administrative, time management, and organisational skills are necessary, as well as a desire to deliver and exceed client expectations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a mailroom or customer service environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word
